Ultra premium appliances and finishes can be 4 or 5 times more expensive than standard appliances, so we capture your preference to improve the accuracy of our estimate. Ultra-premium materials include Miele appliances, quartz counter tops and custom hardwood flooring and cabinetry. Premium materials include Bosch appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood flooring and semi-custom cabinetry. Standard materials include GE appliances, tile counter tops and vinyl flooring.
Room dimensions: In general, larger rooms require more material and more labor to complete the update.
