Dreamie is a real estate technology company based in the Bay Area. We offer streamlined design services to help homeowners save thousands of dollars and months of planning to bring your remodel dreams to reality.
Dreamie uses tools and technology previously only available to commercial builders. This lets us create custom remodel plans at a fraction of the cost of traditional architects and designers. Best of all, our plans are designed to your budget, so you know what the actual cost of construction will be.
We typically deliver plans within 2 weeks.
A Virtual Remodel Plan is for homeowners and homebuyers who are considering making improvements. It’s ideal for homeowners who have a general sense of improvements they want to make but aren’t sure how to get started on bringing them to life. It’s also helpful for buyers who are considering a home before they offer, to help them understand what they might do to their new home over time.
Dreamie has built a network of qualified contractors who love working with our clients. We refer our Virtual Remodel Plan users to vetted contractors once they decide to move forward with a home improvement project.
Dreamie provides remodel plans, designs, and cost estimates in the entire US. Currently contractor network primarily serves the San Francisco Bay Area. If you’re located in a different area, we’d still love to prepare your remodel plans and help you find a local contractor.
Your Remodel Consultation takes place on a 1:1 video call. Prior to the scheduled consultation, you will receive a link via email to join the video call where you will be met by your Designer. From there, you’ll be able to show your space (via screen-share or over video), ask questions and get feedback and advice. There is not a set structure for how you utilize your time; consultations are meant to be collaborative and tailored to your needs.
If you want us to complete designs for you, you have two options: 1) Virtual Interior Design, where you receive an image of your newly redesigned room, and 2) Remodel Plan, where you’ll get floor plans, 3D renderings, material finishes, cost estimates, and a contractor lined up to do the work for you. If you start with a Design Consultation, we’ll apply the fee for your consultation to the price of the additional services.
A consultation costs $149 per hour.
