You may have noticed that the dreamie.co website has recently undergone an exciting overhaul! As part of the new web facing customer experience, the Dreamie team has also introduced a web-based customer app which provides a much more in-depth interface for Dreamie customers to interact with the Dreamie team and move even faster through the remodel design process.
Some key features of the app:
Integrated home scan functionality
As part of customer onboarding, now you can scan the interior of your home after clicking a few buttons directly in the app! Simply click the “Scan Your Home” button within onboarding and tap the “Use GoToScan” button. From there, it will take you directly to the GoToScan mobile app and within seconds you will be ready to initiate your scan. With the full integration of GoToScan, Dreamie customers can complete a remodel plan for any home, anywhere.
Customers will now have instant insight into where their remodel plan is within the Dreamie process with integrated design tracking within the customer app. The end to end process consists of 3 phases and 12 total milestones giving customers a clear sense of overall progress and what to expect next.
Share more details of your space with the Dreamie team so they can get your design just right via the Photo/Video Upload feature. The power of Dreamie’s product is that we design virtually, but what our low touch / high impact design process requires is that any additional information you can share about your home which will be relevant to the remodel is gold for us! Giving customers the easy access to upload supplemental photo and video assets will be a huge unlock for customers and strengthen the power of the Dreamie offering.
You will soon be able to view, download, and share your Dreamie Remodel Designs directly from your dashboard! If you are looking for the working architecture files to share with a draftsperson or architect you can also request those directly from the app. Dreamie designs will literally be at your fingertips anywhere, anytime.
Coming quickly down the pipeline, but within the app customers will be able to select from pre-set design templates which include several finish/material components such as tile, counters, flooring, hardware, plumbing fixtures, select complimentary decor elements, etc to see what their space would look like in fully finished form.
The Dreamie team continues to push the envelope to enhance the experience for our customers and we will continue to share new features with our community as they become available. We are working putting together new finish palettes for clients to choose from.
